AI Readiness Scorer
Sixteen questions about a team. A weighted score, the two places a rollout is most likely to stall, and one next step. A trust gate puts staff trust ahead of the total, so a strong score on paper cannot hide a team that is afraid.

Why a trust gate
Readiness checklists often treat staff trust as one line under culture. Here it gates the result: a team that scores high on paper but low on trust is told to slow down, because that is what I saw on real accounts.
How the score works
Each dimension is the average of its two answers on a 1–4 scale, mapped to 0–100 (1 = 0, 4 = 100). The total is a weighted average of the dimensions you have answered. Weights are shares: raise one and the others shrink to keep the total at 100%. 75 and up: Ready to pilot. 50 to 74: Start small. Under 50: Not yet. A red flag about untold role cuts gives Stop and fix.
What to do with it
Take it into the room with the people who will use the tool; the score is where that conversation starts. Pair it with the Adoption Tracker after launch to see whether the prediction held.
